Stay Safe Until We Get There

• Keep clear of the tree, especially under hanging or broken limbs. They can let go without warning.
• Never touch a tree or branch that’s touching a wire.
• Don’t try to cut a tree that’s under tension. Trunks and limbs that are bent or pinned can spring back hard when cut.
• Take photos for your insurance company, if you plan to make a claim.

What We Do

We look at the damage and tell you honestly what can be saved. A tree that’s lost one limb can often be trimmed back and kept. A tree that’s split down the middle or partly uprooted usually has to come down. Then it’s your call.

For removals, we take the tree apart carefully, especially where wood is twisted or under tension, and lower the pieces away from your house. Then we haul everything away, rake up and sweep.

Broken Branches Up in the Tree

Broken limbs that are still hanging in the canopy are a real hazard. Taking them out is usually a trimming job, not a full removal.
